- Dehumidifier w/ Condensation Pump Aprilaire E100 — Install an Aprilaire E100 (100-pint) dehumidifier with condensate pump.
- Duct Repair — Patch (2) ductwork areas. Included in this estimate — no separate charge.
- Electrical Outlet — Install a new electrical outlet — $1,200.00.
Scope: clean out and preparation of the crawlspace, including removal of the debris and 200 sq ft of old insulation and haul-off; installation of a new 10 mil vapor barrier over the crawlspace floor (1,270 sq ft, floor coverage only); a new 32 in. crawlspace access door; patching two (2) ductwork areas; installation of an Aprilaire E100 (100-pint) dehumidifier with condensate pump; and installation of a new electrical outlet.
Notes: the contractor recommends using your own electrician to save money if possible. The ductwork patching is included at no separate charge. Jobsite will be left clean once the work is completed. The contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project, including the ductwork patching; 5 years on the Aprilaire E100 dehumidifier.
Not included: insulation installation; vapor barrier on the walls; beam, pier or foundation work; mold, fungus or disinfectant treatment; vent replacement.
