- Crawlspace Door — Install a new 32 in. crawlspace access door.
- Sister Joist — Sister three (3) floor joists with 2x8x12 lumber (36 lf).
- Duct Repair — Patch (2) ductwork areas. Included in this estimate — no separate charge.
Scope: clean out and preparation of the crawlspace, including removal of the debris and 200 sq ft of old insulation and haul-off; installation of a new 10 mil vapor barrier over the crawlspace floor (1,270 sq ft, floor coverage only); a new 32 in. crawlspace access door; sistering three (3) floor joists with 2x8x12 lumber; and patching two (2) ductwork areas.
Notes: the ductwork patching is included at no separate charge. Jobsite will be left clean once the work is completed. The contractor is not responsible for damage caused inside the home while repairing the foundation.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship on the project, including the ductwork patching.
Not included: dehumidifier; electrical outlet; insulation installation; vapor barrier on the walls; beam, pier or foundation work; mold, fungus or disinfectant treatment; vent replacement.
